All of our specimens have been ethically sourced from across the world. Some specimens may show wear as they have all lived very happy lives.
Frame size 22.2 cm x 17.1 cm (= 8 3/4″ x 6 3/4 “).
The frame comes with glass to keep the specimen protected.
The frame also comes with a hanger so can be hung as soon as it arrives.

‘What are carpenter bees?’
‘Carpenter bees are species in the genus Xylocopa of the subfamily Xylocopinae. The genus includes some 500 bees in 31 subgenera. The common name “carpenter bee” derives from their nesting behaviour; nearly all species burrow into hard plant material such as dead wood or bamboo.’
